Quotations are generally sent out via our client management software. Subsequent to us receiving your quotation request, you will be registered on our system, after which you will receive a username and password for login to the system. Once logged in, you will be able to view and accept the quotation electronically.
Upon acceptance of our quotation, you will receive an invoice, where applicable, for payment of the deposit. Once we receive proof of payment for the deposit, we will proceed with work as detailed and scheduled in the quotation.
Once your project is undertaken, we will keep you informed via our client management system. You will also be able to collaborate and communicate with us via the client area, through which you will be able to view the status of project milestones and completed tasks.
Please provide as much information as possible in order for us to more accurately provide you with your quotation.
